Motocross The Force

Motocross the force is a 3D off-road motor bike game. Your basic goal is to complete each level in as little time as possible by going through all the checkpoints and trying not to fall off your bike.

The games graphics as well as the details of the motorbike and the player are really good. There are 5 different tracks for you to complete and more will probably be added at a later stage. The game physics are not perfect, but it is more than acceptable for a freeware game.

Motocross the force is not a finished product, but it is being worked on constantly and improvements will be made to many aspects of the game. Until then, this is still a fun game to play. Unfortunately there is no sound available yet.

You can control your bike with either the keyboard or a joystick and the game can be played full screen or windowed. (Review by Zero)

This Games very fun for play,If you liked Diamond Mine, try Bounce Out - another maddeningly addictive game with a simple premise: Create groups of three or more matching balls, either up, down or diagonally, then watch them bounce off the screen, only to be immediately replaced by more! Bounce the required number of balls off the screen and move to the next level. Need help? Hit the panic button for a free move! Keep an eye on the dynamite fuse, because when it runs out of time, so do you!

Turbo Cars

This game has nice graphics, cool sounds, and is the best thing to play if you always wanted one of these racing track thingies. The music is great, I’m bound to say that when I recognize one of the tracks used as background music (Track 7) and it really heightened my enjoyment of the game by an incredible amount. I like playing it and listening to the music.
Turbo Cars is a really cool 3D slot car racing game which puts you right in the action.

Scrabble

It is a creative game which makes you go deep down to search and dig in your english vocabulary.
A nice scrabble game with almost all the features that you’d expect and hope for. There is a build in dictionary to which you can add your own words. Scrabble is the words favorite word game and this port to the PC really does do the original justice.
There are 100's of acceptable words. Unfortunately, there's no timed mode.
If a word appears in all 5 of the small dictionaries I rate it as 'Level 0'. If it appears in all but one
of them I rate it as 'Level 1' and so on. A 'Level 5' word appears only in the large dictionary itself.
The level of each word is included in the text file.

The default dictionary size is 0, and you will probably be familiar with 95% of these words. Only
'Level 0' words are included. Whatever you set as the dictionary size, all words rated at that level
or below will be made available to the computer. Of course you will always have access to
the full dictionary for your own words, no matter what level you set.

Dangerous Dave

Dangerous Dave, for some reason is fun and addictive. The graphics are terrible and the sound is annoying, yet the game still seems to pull you towards it. The object of the game is to collect gold cups to advance to the next level. Considering how small this game is, give it a try.
You have to worry about everything from health to ammo to how many shots it takes to kill that enemy with that weapon. It's OK for The Sims to be this complicated and realistic, but when it comes to adventure type games, getting back to basics and playing Dangerous Dave can often be more fun than modern games.

SpongeBob SquarePants Collapse

Find rows and columns of three or more like-colored blocks; click them and they disappear, collapsing the rows and columns above. Easy, right? Watch out though, more lines are stacking up at the bottom (and speeding up), and as soon as any column reaches the top, it's game over!
The SpongeBob influence in Collapse is minimal at best, including only a few pieces of artwork and no voice acting or anything of that sort. Thus, for SpongeBob fans, there's really nothing in Collapse worth lauding; for puzzle fans, the game is merely an OK distraction at best. It's worth checking out via the free one-hour demo, but it's severely questionable as to whether it's worth a purchase.
SpongeBob Collapse provides you with a Tetris-like playing field. You start out with a few rows of colored blocks, and new rows are added from time to time. Your goal is to click on any groupings of the same color numbering three or more. The strategy comes in trying to create sizable combos, eliminating lots of blocks at once, as well as trying to clear the entire board for substantial score bonuses. Along the way, the speed will gradually pick up, and new power-ups--like bubbles that clear all blocks of a single color on the board, or stars that shift some of the surrounding colors around--start appearing. You also get a few short bonus stages to try.

Sonic Zone

This is a freeware game, made for fun and challenge. Making profit with this game is strictly forbidden (e.g. Shareware CD ROMs),
The object of the game is to take sonic through the 4 zones to complete the game. Each zone consists of two platform levels and a boss stage on each.
At the beginning of the game sonic starts out with five lives. If you are a learner you can press ‘L’ at the main screen to start of with 30 lives. By doing this the 10 000 points you earn at the end of the game does not get added to your score.

Items:
RING – adds ten score (collect 100 for an extra life)
RING TV – adds ten rings
SPARKLE TV – gives sonic invincibility for a limited time

CONTROLS
LEFT/RIGHT – character movement / selection in the main menu
UP/DOWN – make character look up or down (serves no real purpose)
SPACE – jump (time pressed equals jump height) / confirm selections
ESC – exit the game

Pacmaniac (Pac-Man 3D)

As in every Pac-Man clone, the goal is to eat all the gums presents in each levels. You can also eat pac-gums to gobble up ghosts, and take many different bonus.

The game consists in 4 worlds with 2, 3 or 4 levels depending on the difficult mode (Easy, Medium and Hard). The Hero can Jump over enemy and Boost to escape perilous situations.
Controls are:
- Cursor to move, 'SPACE' to Jump and 'LEFT CTRL' to Boost.
- Joystick with A Button to Jump and B Button to Boost.
- 'Z' change the Zoom Factor.
In the Menu Screen, you can press 'TAB' for 2 seconds to show the FPS counter (39 on my PII 1Ghz with a GeForce2 TI).

I have entirely realized PACMANIAC (except for some sounds, and the fonts I've used) in real 3D (not isometric as the original) with Blitz3D for the Retro Remake Competition.{by Nicolas ATEK (KochonKichi)}

Mario Worlds

Mario Worlds is a fantastic Mario game with all the ingredients that made us fall in love with that crazy plumber. This has to be one of the smoothest and cleanest Mario games that I have seen. The movement physics have been skilfully done and add a slightly different feel to the game.

The levels are not static as in so many other Mario clones. Instead, Mario will have to navigate his way through moving platforms and keep his wits about him as he finds his way through Mario Worlds.

Unfortunately there is no save option, but the game is continuously being updated and improved by the developer, so check in at his site from time to time.

All in all, Mario Worlds is a promising new game from a new developer in freeware games and I hope to see more work from him.(review by Recall)

DEFAULT CONTROLS:
Move left: Left arrow
Move right: Right arrow
Duck: Down arrow
Run/Fire: Z
Jump: X (Hold for higher jump.)
Super Jump: Hold down until flashing. While still holding down, press jump.
These can all be changed in the control configuration menu. Joysticks
are also supported now.
Return to Main Menu: Escape
